Now Retired After 45 Years of Service

After much thought, soul-searching, and many family discussions, I have made the decision to retire and transition my business, along with all records, to a trusted successor. It was not an easy choice after nearly 45 years in the surveying profession — including the past fourteen years running my own business.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many outstanding clients, some of whom have become close friends. I’ve also had the honor of collaborating with the very best professional colleagues — many of whom I am also proud to call friends.

As I enter this new chapter, I look forward to spending more time traveling, working on our new homestead with my wife Ellen, slowing down a bit, and trying to “stop and smell the roses” a little more often.

As of August 2025, the business has been officially transferred to Chris Juliano of Juliano Associates, located in the Yalesville section of Wallingford, CT. For any future surveying services, I encourage you to contact them — you will be in excellent hands.
