Municipal Representation

In certain instances, clients must go before various regulatory agencies for approvals. This can be for docks, property line changes/subdivision, building additions, etc. These agencies can consist of Town Planning & Zoning Commissions, Zoning Board of Appeals, Inland/Wetland Commissions along with State D.E.E.P.  We are well versed in the area municipalities and have extensive experience representing clients at these various meetings/commissions.
