Construction Stake-Out

These services control the on-the-ground, horizontal or vertical location of improvements to be constructed. This is most often in accordance with architectural or engineering drawings, plot plans or zoning regulations, by the placement of offset stakes to construct roadways, drainage, buildings or any other proposed item where its built position is critical and needs the guidance of a surveyor.

Topographic Survey

A type of survey which depicts the configuration (relief) of the earth's surface (ground) and the location of natural and artificial objects thereon. This type of survey is often used as a base for design purposes such as roadways, grading, septic systems, site planning, etc. This plan will depict pertinent improvements along with contours, spot grades and bench marks. We have a fully equipped survey vehicle with in the field computers, software and CAD capabilities which literally brings the office to the job site.

Hydrographic Survey

A type of survey which depicts the configuration (relief) of the earth's surface (ground) below water. This type of survey is used as a base for design purposes utilized in lakes, rivers, bays, channels, marinas. It will show contours and spot grades of the water bottom to allow design and plans for permitting of marinas or dredging of navigable channels. We are equipped with a 17' Boston Whaler outfitted for these specific needs.
