Accident Surveys

These are reconstruction and existing conditions surveys to depict on the ground features which are essential in discovering potential errors in traffic, road design, maintenance, etc. Every item within the accident area is covered by the surveyors to include locating utility poles, traffic patterns, site lines, road slope, potholes, buildings and any other pertinent surrounding physical features. This enables us to then prepare a survey map that can be used as evidence in an investigation or assist in litigation. The finished product is a detailed map of the accident scene in its entirety, as it currently exist. These surveys may be limited to a small area such as a roadway intersection or have a much larger scope depending on the circumstances and amount of area needing to be covered. This can be a crucial product in dealing with insurance companies or used as exhibits in trial. We are also experienced as an expert witness in the courtroom.

Slip & Fall Surveys

These surveys are detailed to a specific small area where an injury has taken place such as a fall. Often boundaries have to be established to determine liability. Detail will be given to locating the physical features within the area such as utility poles, traffic patterns, site lines, road slope, potholes, sidewalks, hedges, buildings and any other pertinent surrounding features. This enables us to then prepare a survey map that can be used as evidence in an investigation or assist in litigation. The finished product is a detailed map of the accident scene in its entirety, as it currently exist. This can be a crucial product in dealing with insurance companies or used as exhibits in trial.
